Notably, the course enhances your ability to handle emergencies, making you a more reliable dive buddy and someone who takes responsibility for their own safety.

Requirements and Notes:

1. Hold a Molchanovs LAP2 / AIDA 3 POOL / PADI Advanced FREEDIVER certification or equivalent qualification.

2. Hold a valid EFR or equivalent CPR emergency response certification (valid within two years).

3. Age 18 or older (or 16 with parental signature).

4. It is recommended to purchase diving insurance for the day and complete a dive liability waiver.

5. Fees include equipment costs, venue, instructor fees, and video recording.

6. Reservation required one day in advance; you may consult customer service or directly contact the instructor to schedule a visit.

7. Class size: Minimum of 2 students per class.

Course Schedule :

Theory class - 1 session (4 hrs):

• Theoretical, core techniques and practical knowledge of freediving

• Advanced Frenzel maneuver (combine mouthfill / reverse packing)

• Potential damage to the body and its prevention

• freediving skills and requirements of assistant instructor

Pool training  - 2 sessions (2 hrs each):

• Advanced Static Aqnea (STA) training

• Advanced Dynamic Aqnea (DYN)

• No Fins Apnea (DNF) training

Performance of Completion:

• Theory Exam

• Static Apnea (STA): 3m 30s

• Dynamic Apnea (DYN): 75m

• Dynamic No Fins Apnea (DNF): 50m

Course Duration: 8 hrs

*After passing the course, you can pay an additional RMB ¥3,950 (including 6 Open water sessions) to upgrade to the Molchanovs Wave 3 or AIDA4 freediving certification.
