Our professional coach of Molchanovs will introduce the freediving basic knowledge to you and teach you the basic freediving skills and also practice them in the pool in Molchanovs Disocver Lap.​

Requirement:

• >16yrs

• Can swim 200m non-stop without fins

• Good Physical Health

Experience Schedule:

Theory  - 1 session (1 hrs):

• Basic psychology and physiology of freediving

• Introduction to the Hidden Risks of Freediving

• Mental Relaxation and Breathing Techniques

• Equalization skills introduction

Pool Experience - 1 session (2 hrs):

• Equipment introduction and how to use them

• Fin kicking technique

• Static Apnea (STA)

• Dynamic Apnea (DYN)
